Originally developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself (SIY) is a comprehensive leadership program grounded in cutting-edge neuroscience that teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills needed for effective leadership.

Through the three disciplines of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and neuroscience, SIY helps participants integrate the key building blocks for well-being, collaboration, and leadership.

Search Inside Yourself is the flagship program from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI), and has been taught in over 50 countries to organisations such as SAP, Salesforce, and the U.N.
